Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">If you, as a consumer, conclude a contract for services with Mallorca Residence Care via our website, you generally have the right to cancel this contract within <strong>14 calendar days without giving any reason to cancel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">The cancellation period is 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">For a monthly subscription, the cancellation period begins upon conclusion of the subscription agreement. The automatic monthly renewal or recurring debit does not trigger a new 14-day cancellation period each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mallorca Residence Care<\/strong><br>Owner: Nicole Birnbaum<br>Santa Margalida, Balearic Islands<br>Spain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">E-mail: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@mallorca-residence-care.com\">info@mallorca-residence-care.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">by means of an unequivocal statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">You may use the model cancellation form set out below, though it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity ext-animate--on\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">2. Commencement of the service during the cancellation period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">You can expressly request that Mallorca Residence Care begins with the agreed service before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">This may be the case, for example, if a property inspection, key handover, cleaning, guest services, pool inspection or another booked service is to be carried out immediately after booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">If you expressly request that we begin the service during the withdrawal period and you subsequently revoke the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must generally pay a reasonable proportionate amount for the services already properly provided up to the time of revocation, provided that the statutory requirements for this are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">If the agreed service has been fully performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may expire if you have previously expressly consented to the premature commencement of the service and requested it, and confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity ext-animate--on\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">4.
