Where necessary, independent professionals or service providers can be arranged or their deployment coordinated at your request. Contracts for services rendered by external companies are generally concluded directly between the client and the respective company, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where Mallorca Residence Care arranges or coordinates craftsmen, cleaning companies, pool services, gardening companies or other external service providers at the customer's request, these remain legally and economically independent.
Mallorca Residence Care shall not be liable for the proper performance of services by third-party companies engaged independently by the client, provided that Mallorca Residence Care has not caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. Mandatory statutory rights of the client to compensation shall remain unaffected, as shall any expressly assumed contractual obligation.
